Oh, a favorite? That's tough. I like Wicked, Little Shop of Horrors, Into the Woods, The Last Five Years... GAH!

Wicked was an incredible book. I haven't had the opportunity to attend the musical, but knowing what I do about the story, seeing it may cause me to die of awesome poisoning.

Wicked is coming to Holland this year, and I was planning on going. I haven't read the book yet.

I have tickets to see Wicked in May. I'm very excited.

Lucky! I have the book, the soundtrack and my friends performed "Loathing" and a group of us got up to act as the students. It was fun! (And when my friends did their own little talent show, I sang "No Good Deed" for them....)

Haha I've only ever performed Popular. I sang it for a benefit for juvenile diabetes, it was pretty bomb. I've been working on Couldn't Be Happier (it's technically an excerpt from Thank Goodness but on the music it's titled Couldn't Be Happier so whatever, we'll live) but I really want to get my hands on some Elphaba. I'm really frustrated that my teacher always makes me do G(a)linda, haha. I think I have a decent belt! Two girls I know did Loathing for a choir fundraiser we have every year. It w as funny, they both were kinda okay-ish, vocally speaking, and one of them had this like... thing? Idk, she always popped her knee out when she had a line. I'm not sure if she was nervous and didn't realize or if she was trying to be dramatic or what, but it was chortle-worthy.

Okay, No Good Deed actually makes me cry. That and For Good and part of Dancing Through Life. Just when Nessa says, "It's because I'm in this chair, and you felt sorry for me... well, isn't that right?" I always sniffle a little. But I've been super emotional about music lately. I was listening to Wake Up by the Arcade Fire and when it goes, "Children don't grow up. Our bodies get bigger but our hearts get torn up." I actually was bawling. I felt like an idiot.

Ironically, when I saw Wicked last September, the only time I cried was during As Long as You're Mine, because it's my favoritest song and it's so beautiful and so steamy and I was just like YAY THEY'RE FINALLY TOGETHER.

But yeah, I've kinda had the soundtrack on repeat lately. Anne and Hatterlet, you guys are going to LOVE IT. It's amazing. Oh my gosh. I died. I love it when the flying monkeys dance and stuff. I love the music to it.

I just love the whole thing. Please just stop me before I ramble (HA, too late).

Oh and Nefarious, don't see it! Death isn't fun!

I won third place in a costume contest last Halloween for my Arnold costume. Who did I lose to? The Joker and Michael Jackson. Was I robbed? Definitely.

...I'm probably going to offend someone, but if it was Zombie Michael Jackson it's not quite as bad of a loss. Just regular Michael Jackson...no. And I Love The Joker, but he does not beat Arnold. You were robbed.

I used to love MJ, got a couple of his albums and he was a great guy.. but I HATE all the fuss around him after he died.. seriously, first people hated him, now they love him?! it's sad how he's worth more dead than he was alive.. So yeah, an Arnold costume beats the joker and MJ, no doubt here ^^
