Season 5 & The movie timeline

Okay, I have a question here...

Some fans speculate that Season 5 takes place after the movie. You know, like the April Fool's Day episode, most especially. I'm not sure whether to believe it, because honestly I'm not sure.

Help? Does anyone know for sure if the movie takes place during Season Five, or after, or before? Because I sure don't. Man, what a confusing timeline. I always thought it took place after.

Oh well! It's not as notoriously confusing as The Legend of Zelda timeline. XD

Well Craig did say that the movie tookplace during S5.

Yes, I think Craig said in an interview that April Fools took place after the movie, and so did The Journal (they were in 5th grade in The Journal)

Yes, that's right; "April Fool's Day" and "The Journal" were the last two episodes made, and thus take place after the movie. The movie was supposed to be made for TV, but got a theatrical release instead.

I think that if Season 6 was made, that it was supposed to take place after the first movie with the last few episodes leading into "The Jungle Movie", with "April Fool's Day" and "The Journal" being in the sixth season.

Oh, I'm so glad you asked that, Nintendo! It has been bothering me for ages! I just never really thought to ask. XD

I wish I knew all this when I first watched the "April Fools Day" episode. It would have made it so much more enjoyable and interesting.

Seconded. The first time I watched "April Fool's Day" I hadn't seen the movie. I was very confused why Arnold was acting the way he did, but after seeing the movie and finding out about the timeline, it made sense.

I know, right? I think it's funny how Arnold is all, "You're being mean cause you love me?!?!?!" and is taking revenge now. It's too funny.

And that April Fools tango scene was sooooo flirty! Arnold is so cruel... XD It was like he was teasing her or something. Hot. HOT, HOT!

Arnold's a pretty good flirt. He had me blushing.

Anyone think he wanted her to think he was going to say, "I love you" after the, "There's something I've been meaning to tell you." thing. It's kinda like he was making that a little side-April Fools prank.

Me? Dying? After Arnold said that? ....Hmmm... If I was gonna die after any of his lines it would be the one where he dipped her and said, "Don't worry my poor, blind friend. You're in good hands."

xD I think you're right, Singr. It was one of those moments where you did know what the character was really going to say, but deep down you're thinking "Man I wish she/he would say this...."

Oh yes, their little tango. *Giggles* I remember it caused many of us to stop dancing. It was just ever so interesting to watch.

Well in his defense, he was pushed a little too far, and maybe it was crushing to some of us, that's just how it all went down. No pun intended. XD

Anyway... SIZZLE! I've often wondered how Helga was able to stay in control like that and not simply... melt into his arms. LIke their first attempt at dancing. XD I always loved that. How she went completely limp in his arms. XD SIZZLE! SNAP!
